Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Kavin Lotus. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.
1. Returns
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or tailored items, unless defective.
- Food products, including cashew nuts, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged or expired on arrival.
- Items marked as final sale.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Rental Cancellations
Rental bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the start date are eligible for a refund of the advance payment, minus any processing fees. Security deposits are refunded after the rented item is returned in good condition.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
