Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to India and selected international destinations including Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and you can also track it from your account dashboard.
Rentals
How do I book a car or machinery rental?
Visit the Car Rental or Heavy Machinery Rental page, fill in the booking form with your dates and location, and our team will confirm availability and pricing.
Is a security deposit required?
A security deposit and/or advance payment may be required depending on the vehicle or equipment.
Tailoring
How does the tailoring service work?
Book an appointment or submit the measurement form with your details and any design references. Our tailors will prepare your custom garment and keep you updated on its status.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom-tailored items and food products are non-returnable unless defective. See our Refund Policy for details.
